Now that the dust has settled I thought I’d drop you a quick line to advise you what a pleasure it was selling your property.

This is now the third time I’ve had the privilege of viewing one of your properties and this time I was lucky enough to represent it.

You may not be aware the sale price we achieved for your property is a street record and one that I expect will stand for some time.  I put this down to the way it was so professionally executed, with such flair for colour and providing that essence of wanting to come home to such an environment.  It immediately captured your senses and definitely demanded your attention.  Nothing was missed, such an eye for detail.

No pressure Nadine, however I eagerly await your next property!

After five years of successful trading, our cafe needed a refresh.  working with someone like Nadine from DNA Design made the whole process a pleasant journey.  After discussing the brief, it was a welcome relief to work with someone who is so insightful and could embrace and enhance our original ideas.  She is a great collaborator, is passionate about colour and design and worked tirelessly to achieve our vision.  She not only found the perfect wallpaper, but matched it with some great Porter’s paint products, retro lights and fans to really bring the design together.  Nadine worked way beyond the call of duty and genuinely cared about the project and us.  I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I made my first visit today to the above after the painting and adjustments had been made to the lighting.

I LOVED it. Its BOLD, its FRESH, it has SOUL and it is OUT THERE….the building has come alive again.

We shall be meeting on May 4th with any disgruntled owners and hopefully by that time they will have gained an appreciation of the completed work.

I hope you are as pleased with the work as much as both myself and Camille are.

Just wanted to say what an amazing result we have in the apartment common areas. The work is almost complete. There is an owner on the commercial floor who is refusing to have his doors painted, and one on middle floor is unoccupied at present so that may take a bit to round up access.

Each part of the scheme is splendid in its originality and its dramatic effect. The result is how the EC wished. I trust that time will allow all other owners to feel the same way. Thank you for liaising on site again and for your help through this project. It will be a joy if we can get the building in print.
